April’s Mentor Training described the importance of Healthy Closure!  We are quite certain that you have made an impact on your mentee and your friendship is something they have come to rely on, so it is important that you say “so-long for the summer” or when the time comes for the final goodbye, you make it meaningful in a way that lets them know that the relationship is special for you as well.
